Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

They let us leave our luggages and sleep in one of the room before ours will be ready (we came very early morning). Free coffee for the whole day, cleaning every day, free bottle of water. Beautiful view from the balcony at 9th floor. Breakfast - not so many choices but was fine. Located in the best coast’s part.

Breakfasts were great as were the staff. The Moon Boutique obviously understands the value of great customer service and it shows everywhere in the hotel. Oh yes, the room …. absolutely loved it! You owe it to yourself to experience this wonderful hotel in Cat Ba.

Nice walking area. Enough coffee and restaurants nearby. The view from the hotel terrace was magnificent! The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, very kind, helpful and reliable.
